Atlantic City – The Ocean County Vocational Technical School School (OCVTS) won a first place Award of Excellence for its newsletter, Tech Talk,
during the annual conference of the New Jersey School Boards Association in Atlantic City.

Jim Lowney, left, editor of Tech Talk, and president of the New Jersey School Public Relations Association, presents the award to Ocean County Freeholder Joseph H. Vicari, liaison to OCVTS, and Frank J. Frazee, OCVTS business administrator. The two associations sponsored the competition.
