Financial Aid

Ocean County Vocational Technical Schools participate in the Federal Pell Grant and the Federal Student Loan programs. Students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid to determine their eligibility. In order to receive aid, the student and the program must be eligible. The amount of federal financial aid is determined by the student's need, length of the program, and the cost of attendance.

To apply for federal financial aid you must meet the following criteria:

-Have earned a high school diploma or (G.E.D) General Educational Development
-Be a US citizen or eligible non-citizen
-Have a valid social security number
-Be registered with Selective Service if required
-Maintain satisfactory academic progress
