OCEAN COUNTY, TOMS RIVER – Frank J. Frazee, of Lacey Township, business administrator for the Ocean County Vocational Technical School, has been named president of the Ocean County Association of School Business Officials (OCASBO).

Frazee joined the school district in 1997 after serving as a partner in the accounting firm of Jump Green Holman and Co., Toms River. He is past president of the Monmouth/Ocean Chapter of Certified Public Accountants. He is a business graduate of Ocean County College and Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. In 1997, he received the Ocean County College President's Alumni Success Story Award.

Frazee succeeds immediate past president Jim Edwards, business administrator at Plumsted Township Schools. Other officers elected were Rick Siano, Stafford Township Public Schools, first vice president; Tina Galvao, Long Beach Township Schools, second vice president; Wendy Saxton, Toms River Regional Schools, treasurer and Steven Corso, Point Pleasant Schools, secretary.
