ATLANTIC CITY– The Ocean County Vocational Technical School (OCVTS) has won an “Award of Excellence” in a Communications Competition sponsored the New Jersey School Boards Association and the New Jersey School Public Relations Association. The school was recognized for a multi-media awareness campaign.
