Foundation's "Acknowledging Excellence" Annual
Recognition Dinner. I was inducted into the "Hall
of Excellence" as past graduate of the OCVTS program
and recognized for my dedication to the program. |
Welcome to MATES. My name is Dave Werner.
I teach freshmen level Marine Biology and Biology,
as well as the AM Shared-Time Marine Science course.
I am a past graduate of the Shared-Time program in
1997 under the instuction of John Wnek. After completing
my high school education at Lacey and OCVTS I attended
the Richard Stockton College of NJ where I completed
a B.S. in Marine Science and a B.A. in Teacher Education,
Secondary Science. I went on to build a Marine Science
program at Oakcrest High School in Mays Landing, NJ
from 2002-2004. In September 2004 I came back to my
home here at MATES. This is my third full year here
and I absolutely love it!
