The Aria Database provides basic information about each aria, including translations. The Database also provides access to MIDI files to give an idea of how each piece sounds.

Free access to choral scores and art music in the Public Domain. Scores are in a variety of formats, including PDF, MUS, SIB, GIF, and MID files.

This website has tips and articles on auditioning for musical theatre. The site also has a database of shows to search through for brief breakdowns of the plot, characters, and songs. If you complete a free registration, you can search thier song and monologue database for audtion material.

This website has lessons and trainers on basic music theory concepts and ear training skills. Useful for all levels. I highly recommend using this site.
This site is excellent if you are looking for a English translation of art music. Most are very accurate.
If you want to know anything about a show that has been on Broadway, this is the place to start.

Free. public database containing scanned scores from a variety of composers. Most in PDF format. Over 24,000 to choose from.

The famous opera house in New York and one of the most recognized Opera Companies in the world
Located in Millburn, NJ, Paper Mill Playhouse is one of New Jersey's most recoginzed professional theater companies.
A major source for current Broadway news and listings.
Located in Lakewood, NJ, the Strand is kind enough to allow the PAA to perform at their theater for our musicals and spring shows. The Strand provides high quality live theatre featuring regional and local artists.
Located in Beach Haven, NJ, Surflight Theater is celebrating 60 years of Broadway at the Beach. The Surflight Theater produces several musicals and shows every year.

Berklee College of Music

Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Berklee majors include Composition, Film Scoring, Jazz Composition, Music Performance, Music Therapy, Music Education, and Songwriting.
