- Mr. Clarke has over 15 years experience in industry as a
Computer Systems Analyst. He earned his MS degree in Computer Science
from NJIT in Newark, NJ, in 1986, with a BS in Man & Technology, also from NJIT,
in 1981.
- Mr. Clarke has experience programming BASIC, COBOL, QUIZ and Suprtool
on AS/400 and HP/3000 mini-computer systems and DOS/Windows PCs. He has served as a
Systems Operator & Manager for these systems, and has extensive experience
on Personal Computers as well.
- Mr. Clarke has been teaching Computer Science and Programming
part-time since 1984, at institutions such as New Jersey Institute
of Technology, Eastern New Mexico University, University of Maryland,
Passaic County Community College, and Brookdale, the County College of
Monmouth.
- Mr. Clarke has taught a wide variety of college computer courses, including
Introduction to Computers, Computer Programming, and Database Management.
- Mr. Clarke has been a faculty member of OCVTS - Toms River since October 2001,
and achieved his permanent NJ Teaching Certificate in Feburary 2003.
