He has programmed in BASIC, COBOL, COGNOS, and SuperScript on PCs, IBM System-36, IBM AS400, HP3000, and HP9000 running DOS, Windows, MVS, MSX, and HP-UX. In the education field, Mr. Clarke has taught part-time college-level computer courses since 1984. These ranged from introduction to computers to upper-level database design courses. His programming courses have included COBOL, BASIC, Pascal, and C++. He has taught at NJIT, University of Maryland, Overseas (Germany), Eastern New Mexico University, Clovis, NM, Passaic County Community College, Patterson, NJ, and Brookdale College, Lincroft, NJ.
