He has programmed in BASIC, COBOL, COGNOS, and SuperScript on PCs, IBM System-36, IBM AS400, HP3000, and HP9000 running DOS, Windows, MVS, MSX, and HP-UX. In the education field, Mr. Clarke has taught part-time college-level computer courses since 1984. These ranged from introductory to upper-level database design courses. His programming courses have included COBOL, BASIC, Pascal, and C++. He has taught at NJIT, University of Maryland, Overseas (Germany), Eastern New Mexico University, Clovis, NM, Passaic County Community College, Patterson, NJ, and Brookdale College, Lincroft, NJ. He has taught at OCVTS since October, 2001, and received his New Jersey State Teaching Certificate in February of 2003.
