Welcome back. I understand that it is sometimes hard to shake off the days of summer, but I also know that getting back into the classrooms and the shops still trigger a sense of excitement and anticipation. This year we will begin to sit down with the board and administration to talk about our next three year contract. There are many challenges not only facing OCVTS, but education around the state, as well as the nation. I would encourage all of you to voice your thoughts and concerns to your building representatives so we can begin to map out a strategy over the next few months. I wish you a productive and enjoyable 2009-10 school year. Bill Quist
