Summer Exploratory Culinary Camp
OCVTS is offering a Summer Exploratory Camp for students 12-15 years of age. Participants will work along side our expert chef instructors to develop skills in culinary arts, baking and kitchen operations.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00AM -11AM
SESSION 1 Culinary Classics: July 6 - July 9
SESSION 2 Advanced Culinary: July 13 - July 16
SESSION 3 Baking Essentials: July 20 - July 23
SESSION 4 Advanced Baking: July 27 - July 30

Grunin Performing Arts Academy (GPAA)
Summer Learning Academy & Performance Workshop
PERFORMANCE WORKSHOPS IN AUDIO ENGINEERING, THEATRE, VOCAL MUSIC, & DANCE!
Do you like to dance, sing, act? Are you interested in learning how to create sound using electronics? Grunin Performing Arts Academy Summer Performance Workshops may be for you!
Who Can Attend: Students who are presently enrolled in 6th through 11th grades who have a serious interest in the performing arts in either acting, voice, dance or audio engineering.
Dates & Times:
Performance Workshop: July 6-10 & July 13-17, 2026 (10 days from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM)
5 days per week– Available to all students in Ocean County in 6th through 11th grade.
English Support: July 6-10, 2026 (7:30 AM-9:00 AM)
Math Support: July 13-17, 2026 (7:30 AM-9:00 AM)

MATES STEM Summer Experience
Experience Barnegat Bay this summer through this interactive field experience. “A hands-on STEM Program for middle school and high school students”
Who Can Attend: This experience is open to MATES students (Incoming Class of 2030) and open to rising 8th and 9th grade students as well (non-MATES) that have a strong interest in marine and environmental sciences.
Instruction will be by our MATES and our experienced summer instructors. The program is designed to provide field opportunities and hands-on experiences that make it STEM exciting!

(Session 1: July 27—30) (Session 2: August 3—6) *All times are 8AM to 3PM
